Kraul Welcome to the world of Kraul, a young and exciting band that have been around for a few years now, surviving member changes, the experience of the live scene and a rock n roll lifestyle to become a force on the music scene. To check out this band, try our Listen Live section to hear the tracks: If You, My Life Ruined and Odium. The next live gig for Kraul is at the West Coast Rock Cafe, Blackpool, on Thursday 3rd March alongside Devil 2 Pay. Admission is £1.50 on the door, it's eight 'till late, so come along. We are a young, Lancashire UK based band that started around two and a half years ago and became more serious in 2003. We simply describe our music as Rock, in the past we have been told we sound similar to Korn, Pearl Jam, Linkin Park, Disturbed, Incubus, Blink 182, Cold, Nirvana, AFI, Silverchair, Placebo, Dinosaur Jr and others. Being versatile enough to write and play songs that differ from each other in mood and content satisfies our musical appetites and confuses those who expect to hear a full set of the same song with different lyrics each time. There have been many line-up changes in the search to find a formula that works. Finding good, young musicians that are reliable and can play live seems almost impossible in our hometown of Blackpool. We work well together and love playing too much to just quit so we decided to record and perform as a 2 piece band until former bass player Adam Shaw returned refreshed and ready to rock. The
band currently consists of Rob Greaves who has been playing and performing
live for around 6 years,
